About

It all started when…

Isaac Aptaker and Elizabeth Berger met at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. As seniors, they won a $10,000 grant to write and film a sitcom, The Walk-Up. Soon the pair moved to LA and eventually worked their way up as writers until they found themselves as co-showrunners with Dan Fogelman on NBC’s flagship drama series This Is Us. In 2019, they expanded their relationship with 20th Century Fox TV, to form the studio-based production company The Walk-Up Company and brought in Adam Londy to serve as Head of Development. They went on to become creators of Love, Victor and the upcoming How I Met Your Father for Hulu as well as the feature I Want You Back for Amazon.
